Brow Bar Moraira provides cosmetic beauty treatments, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Brow tinting<\/p>\n

\u2022 Brow lamination<\/p>\n

\u2022 Lash lift<\/p>\n

\u2022 Permanent Make-Up (PMU)<\/p>\n

\u2022 Laser removal treatments<\/p>\n

No physical products are sold through the website.<\/p>\n

3. Appointments and Booking<\/strong><\/p>\n

Appointments can be scheduled online through the website or via direct contact.<\/p>\n

\u2022 All bookings are subject to availability.<\/p>\n

\u2022 A deposit is required only for Permanent Make-Up (PMU) treatments.<\/p>\n

\u2022 An appointment is considered confirmed once the booking process is completed and, where applicable, the deposit has been received.<\/p>\n

4. Prices and Payment Methods<\/strong><\/p>\n

All prices are displayed in euros (\u20ac) and include applicable taxes where required.<\/p>\n

5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to charges.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Failure to attend an appointment (\u201cno-show\u201d) will result in the full cost of the treatment being charged.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Deposits for PMU treatments are non-refundable in case of late cancellation or no-show.<\/p>\n

Failure to provide relevant information may affect treatment results and safety.<\/p>\n

7. Risks and Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n

Certain treatments involve inherent risks.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Treatments such as brow lamination, lash lift, and brow tinting may cause mild side effects, including but not limited to skin irritation, redness, or allergic reactions.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Clients are advised to request a patch test where appropriate.<\/p>\n

For Permanent Make-Up (PMU), specific risks and informed consent will be addressed separately through a signed consent form prior to treatment.<\/p>\n

To the extent permitted by Spanish law, Brow Bar Moraira shall not be held liable for adverse reactions where the client has not disclosed relevant medical or skin information.<\/p>\n

8. Age Restrictions<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 There is no minimum age for standard treatments, subject to professional assessment.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Permanent Make-Up (PMU) treatments are strictly limited to clients aged 21 years and over.<\/p>\n

9. Right of Refusal<\/strong><\/p>\n

Brow Bar Moraira reserves the right to refuse service where:<\/p>\n

\u2022 A treatment is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the client<\/p>\n

\u2022 The client fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions<\/p>\n

\u2022 Health or hygiene concerns arise<\/p>\n

10. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p>\n

All content on the website, including text, images, branding, and logos, is the property of Brow Bar Moraira and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.<\/p>\n
